General

Question: What is check in/check out time?
Answer: Check in is at 2:00 PM, check out time is at 12:00 PM.
Question: How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
Answer: We offer free of charge Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms.
Question: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Answer: We do not allow smoking inside the guest rooms. However, smoking on the premises of the property is allowed.

Reservations

Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer: Rollaway beds and cribs are allowed. There is no additional charge for using them.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: You must cancel outside of 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room charge. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.
Question: What is your deposit policy?
Answer: We require an advance one night deposit during peak season, as well as during any special events. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.
Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer: We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer: You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in.

Question: How do I get to the hotel?
Answer: Check in is at 2:00 PM, check out time is at 12:00 PM.
Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer: We offer free of charge Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms.

Pricing

Question: Are the rates on your website per person or per room?
Answer: All rates are per room per night.
Question: Is breakfast included in the price?
Answer: Sorry, breakfast is not included. However, you can request breakfast at additional cost.
Question: What age do kids stay for free?
Answer: Kids 11 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.
Question: Are taxes included in the room rates?
Answer: All rates include local taxes and fees.
